New work for one of my longest running clients, Passatempo.

We try to capture all aspects of the business—we arrive at 8am to shoot all of their pasta making and prep work, then front-of-house staff arrives to set up, followed by dinner service. It’s a long day. Passatempo is rare in that you can shoot in their kitchen on a busy Friday night and it’s still photogenic. Chef Sam and their team have been such a good client to grow with and develop more creative and effective ways of capturing the various aspects of what they do. Being nimble with lighting in dark, uncontrolled spaces has been the biggest challenge so thank you Cameron Munn for being such a good support there.
